What we collect
When you donate, sponsor, or otherwise contact Sutherland Fields Reimagined, we collect your name, email address, mailing address (if provided), phone number (if provided), and any message you submit. Payment information for donations is processed by Stripe; we never receive or store full card details.
Why we collect it
We use this information to issue donation receipts, respond to sponsorship inquiries, communicate progress updates if you opt in, and meet our reporting obligations as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers required to operate this site: Stripe (payment processing), Resend (transactional email), and our hosting provider (Vercel). We do not sell, rent, or share donor or sponsor information for marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
Donation and sponsorship records are retained for at least seven years to meet IRS recordkeeping requirements. General inquiries are retained as long as is reasonable for follow-up.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing info@sutherlandfields.org. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
